About the Course

This training is ideal for organizations and companies which seek to foster a collaborative and enthusiastic culture which attracts and retains positive and creative workers.


Based on the research-driven book A Worker's Worth: The Connection between Human Value and Employee Performance, attendees will be educated on how human value factors drive employee performance and engagement. This training initially defines and explores the importance of human value as a driving force and then delves into empirically backed explanations of human behavior. The training culminates in how to practically apply this information in the workplace.

Dr. Eve has her Masters in Mental Health Counseling and her PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.

For her dissertation, she paired with the Think2Perform Research Institute as a Research Fellow to deliver The Experience of Meaning in Work for Millennials.

Her two publications include A Worker's Worth: The Connection between Human Value and Employee Performance, and Uncovering Who and How You Want to Be: Balancing Love with Personal Responsibility.
