Motivation: Foster and Sustain It
About the Course
This seminar is ideal for organizations and companies which seek to help leaders understand how to motivate their colleagues and followers.
Research has given way to understanding what drives a person to invest their creativity, energy, and time into any project or opportunity. While some factors are general to all people, it's also important to have knowledge of how individual and cultural factors will also drive each person's motivation. With the use of empirically driven concepts, this seminar teaches attendees to understand motivation at a deeper and more personal level with practical professional applications.
