About the Course
This workshop is ideal for bottom-up thinking, intended for employees who do not hold leadership positions but are at the heart of company culture. It can also be useful for management level employees to understand how to engage and drive their followers.
Employees can make positive decisions which will empower them to "own" their environment for a better work experience, but sometimes they don't understand how to do that, or they may believe that their leadership/management is solely responsible for it. This workshop delivers a sense of personal awareness to the attendees about what drives their thoughts, feelings, and actions - but also how these things cause them to influence their work environment as well. With this knowledge, attendees are invited to consider and invent practical solutions to help them make choices which will improve their organizational culture and to feel a better sense of ownership in the work that they do.
